Overview

A practice site that earns trust before the first call.

Led creative direction and UX for the Canada Family Mediation practice site — a modern, accessible, considered web presence for a family-mediation and collaborative-law firm. The brief was to translate sensitive professional services into a digital experience that feels calm, transparent, and approachable for families navigating separation, divorce, and parenting decisions.

The architecture walks visitors from awareness (“Family Lawyer vs. Mediator”), through specialized offerings (Child-Inclusive Mediation, Voice of the Child Report, Parent Coordinator), into transparent rate cards, courses, FAQ, and a friction-free Free Consultation booking flow. Every section reinforces the firm’s collaborative, non-litigation positioning — and the brand’s affiliations with IACP, Collaborative Divorce Toronto, and Yellow Brick House.
