I led User Experience and User Interface design across the entire platform: a 3-tier back-end dashboard with a proprietary CMS that handles vendor and lender onboarding, loan processing & tracking, customer registration, and full CRM tooling. The role spanned ideation and design concepts for every customer-facing page and mobile screen, working in tight loop with development teams to make sure each shipped surface met stakeholder objectives.
The engagement extended into a Marketing & Brand Director role — producing all company creative assets, video training materials, brand guidelines, and the advertising deliverables used in the sales process and B2B onboarding flows.
