Overview

A boutique brokerage that runs end-to-end on one platform.

Led all creative direction and user-experience design for the SuttonSummit.ca real-estate brokerage website, training platform, and search portal. Architected and delivered a custom back-office CMS to support lead-generation workflows and integrated property listings through external APIs.

The platform spans a public-facing brokerage marketing site, an MLS-integrated property search and listings system, a realtor directory, a recruitment journey for new and experienced agents, a realtor training/classes portal, buyer/seller tools (free home evaluation, mortgage calculator, neighborhood guides), a content hub (blog & articles), and the custom CMS that holds it all together — permissions, content, listings sync, lead routing, and reporting.
